Colin Kaepernick spoke fondly of Fidel Castro before the Miami game. BIG MISTAKE!
Kneeling during the National Anthem during the 2016 National Football League preseason was bad. Continuing the habit into the regular season has turned out to be costly.
NFL ratings have been down all year. People are tired of watching millionaires like Colin Kaepernick, and those like him, protest oppression while they make millions of dollars playing a game.
To make matters worse, Kaepernick wore a Malcolm X hat and a Fidel Castro t-shirt during a press event prior to the 49ers – Dolphins game in Miami. Evidently, Kaepernick did not know that Miami has a large Cuban population that is not at all fond of Fidel Castro. Educated people understand why, as Castro showed them what TRUE oppression is like.
Kaepernick’s pro-Castro shirt read, “Great Minds Think Alike.”
The embattled quarterback explained, after being challenged by a journalist, that he did not support Castro’s oppression, but that he did like the brutal dictator’s education system.
Does that make sense to you? The fans in Miami did not seem to appreciate his view.
Good luck #Kaepernick in Miami tomorrow, you are gonna need it. I think most Cuban Americans probably don't understand your "oppression".

Agreed, Kristen. Kaepernick has lived a privileged life and has no idea what true oppression is.
Miami fans clear demonstrated how they feel in the gametime video below:

Kaepernick probably will not learn his lesson, as it is being reported that he is out of a job next year due to some interesting interpretations of his contract. Perhaps the “oppressed” quarterback has so much money that he does not care?
With everyone soooo serious lately – how about a little comic relief? The Flipside with Michael Loftus makes fun of Joseph Clancy, the head of the secret service. This is one of the funniest skits I have ever seen.
